6POB and 6KH went on a trip to Colwick Park and The Arches Adventure Base for a totally amazing Survivor Day. At Colwick Park we built shelters in the woods and went for a hike around the lake. We were really lucky that the weather was so sunny and we were able to have a picnic by the lake. We stopped for some team games and played with the parachute which was very fun.
In the afternoon, we went to Trent Bridge where we had to face up to some challenges by climbing a rock wall, abseil down a huge wall and work as a team on Jacob's Ladder. Even though it was hard - it was so much fun.

I was so scared when I was on top of the Absailing wall so I climbed back down

i Loved colwick park and the Arches Adventure base even though the activitys were a bit dificult because everything is dificult if your scared of hieghts like but i had a go at it
The trip was awesome I liked the absailing and jacobs ladder I want to go back I would love to.
I most enjoyed making the shelters.

I was feel graceful on that trip, that was the best trip that I ever been on. I think that was'int that much expensive if we was doing those sort of things.

It was really fun when I was rock climbing.
I 'LOVED' this trip especially, because it was totally amazing.We really enjoyed the trip-, when suddenly my class-mate had a fright attak, badly.Basically that person's name is....(SHAZMEEN!)
Colwick park was a lot of fun, we had a brilliant great time. I got to explore lovely nature, what a lovely trip.
The boys really enjoyed. it and we loved making the tent i think it was the best, thing i've ever done in a trip.
I was feel happy because it was nice.
I like climbing bigging becose that is not scary and i climbing that 5* that is wery realy! I like that!

At the bigging when i looked at the climbing wall i got realy scared but at the same time excited i started to climb and felt confident i got to the top and got excited to come down i realy like climbing now i love it.

I think colwick park is the best trip so far.
We had a fantastic time. The best bit was the Jacobs ladder, i got to the highest point. This was my best trip ever. I love Miss keely and Mr O Brien. they are the best teachers in the universe.
I cant believe that i did the abseiling activity!!!!!!!!!!!

Im glad that in year 6 there are so many exciting subject. i cant wait to see whats next!!!!!!!!!!!
The trip was amazing, I liked abseiling best but when I got to the top it was frightening, I was scared but in the end I did it! The hardest part was when you had to fall back, that is what I struggled with. But I still liked it best.

Jacobs ladder was hard but great fun too!
My heart pounded as fast as a racing car.OMG,that was the scariest moment i have ever came acros.
